These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Upskilling Lab website (the “Site”) operated in partnership by Dalmatian Partners LLC (DBA Levy) (“Levy”) and DC Public Library (“DCPL”). 1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about the AI Upskilling Lab program and offers opportunities to express interest, apply, or engage with related content and resources. The program is a collaboration between Levy and DCPL and is designed to support AI literacy and workforce development in the Washington, DC region.

By applying or participating in the AI Upskilling Lab: Inaugural Cohort:You grant Levy and DCPL the right to contact you with program-related communicationsYou consent to the use of anonymized and aggregate data for program evaluation, improvement, and reporting purposesYou understand that participation does not guarantee employment, certification, or business outcomesWe reserve the right to suspend or remove participants for behavior that violates these Terms or disrupts the learning environment.

The Site may include links to third-party platforms (such as event registration or communication tools). These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
